The brakes...
I have got to slow down, there is too much to do and i am packing it in. I've had a collective 5 hours of sleep in the past 3 days. My roomate found a little cutie to pal around with so i've been wingmanning for him with some norwegian girls who all talk like borat. They are fun though and we spent alot of time at the bar discussing europe and norway and america and all kinds of quasi-intellictual stuff. They feel about sweden the same way pennsylvania feels about jersey, they asked if we eat kangaroo in america (convinced that we do) and all kinds of other great moments. We met them at a club cuz my friend anthony's friend Paris was in town and wanted to meet girls so he's been spitting game at anyone and everyone. At first this club right at the tiber wouldnt let us in, saying we werent on the list. There was no list, nothing in their hands or anything, it was more or less "your not real italians" but we were able to talk our way in with my friend anythony using what might be my new mantra in life "we are male, american, lawyers....we run the world!" callous and american as it is, he had a point and we were let in. This is going to be a rough week, we have a banquet tuesday, usa socer on weds, italian on thurs, friday is friday and josh has friends coming in saturday ...so much to do. I definetly cant wait to come home, sit in air conditioning, play video games and eat mexican and grilled food. However, i have been mistaken for italian by foreigners, so now my goal is to be mistaken for italian by an italian. I've comported well to the culture, i dont get mad walking on the croweded streets when i'm almost hit by a car, or when the service at a restauarnt sucks by my standards. My ordering of food is seamless and not stressful at all anymore. I'm not homesick, i just feel i've gotten everything out of rome that i'm going to get, we are all just ready to leave.
